Sturdy shoes and sure-footedness required. At one point it goes down quite deep and the path is not particularly wide. I wouldn't do the tour if it was raining, the last meters of the ascent have to be climbed over rocks. Not really difficult, just stupid when wet! Beautiful hike over the Arêtes de la Sauliere with fantastic views of the surrounding glaciers and especially of the Aiguille du fruit. Sure-footedness and sturdy shoes required. I would only do the trail in dry weather, I could imagine that it would be a bit slippery otherwise. From the Lac de Creux
