The picture shows an EL-9 type electric mine locomotive, which was used on the tracks in the mine between 1954 and 1970. Equipped with batteries with a nominal voltage of 72 volts and weighing 5 tons, the locomotive could move a maximum of 20 trams at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour. The capacity of the batteries was sufficient for an operating time of 8 hours.
