Here is a double atonement cross incorporated in railing, which was carved from a single stone and connected to the crossbar. These tell the following story:
A pair of scissors and a cross tell the story of an atonement and a deadly dispute. Here a tailor should have stabbed a baker or vice versa. In a modification of the above legend, a tailor and a baker, both from Kallmünz, are said to have fought a duel on the Naabbrücke, which ended fatally for both.

Beautiful bridge over the Naab with the obligatory Nepomuk statue, the patron saint of the bridges and the confessional secret. The stone bridge originally had seven bays. It was built between 1549 and 1558 and lost three arches as a result of heavy ice drift at the end of the 18th century.

Kallmünz is nestled in the confluence between the Vils and Naab rivers. The Stone Bridge over the Naab is a particularly beautiful spot to enjoy a magnificent view of the river. Colorful houses with terraces and steps are beautifully reflected in the river. This town is a truly memorable experience. It's worth visiting as a destination for a tour or as a short detour from the main route.
