This two-part installation was also made from a glacier boulder made of granite. Norbert Jäger's sculptures thrive on contrasts. In his works, organic elements can be found next to stereometric elements, original and natural elements next to designed elements.
Perhaps it is worth knowing that Elton John also owns a work by the artist.
If you look through the window of the boulder, you can see the Vockeröder Heide, one of the largest juniper heaths in northern Hesse, on the opposite slope of the Vocketal.
