Hiking

The tower-like Stierfelsen is one of three rock groups made of Oberkirch granite (GOB) that are located here on the edge of a narrow plateau and are considered worthy of protection. The woolsack weathering that is typical for the rock is characterized here by particularly large "woolsacks", as shown above all by the huge woolsack lying to the northwest of the Stierfelsen, which is divided into two blocks by a gap up to 2 m wide.
