As the name suggests, this vantage point in an exposed location offers fantastic views of the Elbe. If you want, you can fortify yourself with food and drinks in the restaurant or in the linden garden. The style of the 60s characterizes the entire ambience of the restaurant in the Hotel Bellevue. This offers not only overnight guests, but also all hungry passers-by a rich breakfast with the best view. Not only is the interior of this special restaurant stylish, but also the home-style cuisine. Here you can enjoy seasonal specialties and baked goods from our own production. There are up to 70 seats in the veranda restaurant and café. The view sweeps wonderfully into the Elbe Valley and far into the Lüneburg region. As long as the weather permits, the linden garden of the restaurant in the Hotel Bellevue is also open and offers romantic outdoor seating.herzogtum-lauenburg.de/a-restaurant-im-hotel-bellevuehotel-bellevue.de

1960s-style hotel: Enjoy stunning views of the ancient Elbe River Valley, stretching far into the Lüneburg region. The lobby and restaurant have been preserved in their original 1960s style, with some of the furniture lovingly renovated. Our hotel rooms are mostly modern and comfortable. In summer, our Linden Garden or Elbe Terrace are also open. Our kitchen offers a selection of home-style dishes, as well as our own pastries and jam factory.

The hiking trail "Hohes Elbufer" (W30) also runs along here, which I can highly recommend at this point. All information about the hiking trail can be found under the following link: wanderjugend.de/deutsche-wanderjugend/jugendwanderwege/die-jugendwanderwege/norddeutschland/hohes-elbufer (as of May 1, 2024).
