Lourdes cave to the left of the church in Nerem, at the junction between the Glaaierweg and a field road. The cave has been beautifully restored. There are benches, flowers and candles. It is probably a work by Janssen from Westmeerbeek, given the text under Maria: que - soy era immaculada - concepcion. There are benches and the cave is decorated with flowers & candles.
