The mountain is a great option when the higher mountains are covered in cold blankets of fog and haze:
at least when we were there we were just below the clouds and benefited from the flatland weather.

Almost the entire ascent up the "stairs", quite often I saw parents with children in carriers. So a relatively easy hike.
