From the Hubertuskapelle belonging to the manor from the time of J. G. v. Quandt's was only a ruin. The reconstruction of the chapel began on March 1, 2006, and on September 10 of the same year - on the day of the open monument - it was ecumenically consecrated with great public participation.

Saint Hubert, to whom this rebuilt chapel is consecrated, lived from 655 to 727 and is a very popular saint, best known as the patron saint of hunters. A deer with a glowing cross between the antlers is said to have appeared to him, which is often shown on Hubertus portraits. This legend was originally attributed to Saint Eustachius and over time it 'wandered' to Hubertus. His feast day in the saints calendar is November 3rd.
