Former monastery mill, first mentioned in a document in the 12th century. In 1803 the lower mill and all of the monastery property became the property of Count Otto von Quadt-Wykradt. Until 1879 the lower mill was operated as a "grinding mill" and from 1879 to 1919 it was used as a comb factory. Demolished in 1976 and rebuilt, it now serves as a meeting place.
