The Roffelaarskade is a wonderful unpaved passage from the Valleikanaal towards the north-east. The path is an unpaved single track, which is especially easy to cycle with a gravel bike or mountain bike. You cycle straight through history with remains of the famous Grebbe Line all around. Halfway through you even cycle through the remains of a former fort, of which only the defensive moats are now visible.
