The Krugberg is the highest elevation in Märkische Switzerland. From the east you can climb it on gently rising paths through fields and meadows, from the west on steeper and uneven paths through the forest

Wonderful view - far over the sloping land. There is a bench at the edge of the field that is in the shade. Certainly ok in the summer, in the cooler months you can sit on a few fallen trees. Very nice rest area. Good binoculars are worth their weight in gold here.
