Hiking

St. George's Evangelical Church is a late Gothic hall church dating from the 17th century.

The present St. George's Church was built in 1626 during the Thirty Years' War by the ducal Württemberg architect Friedrich Vischlin, following a transverse church design with the pews oriented towards the pulpit on the north wall. The church tower stands on the remains of an earlier building, which is not precisely dated (11th to 15th centuries) but may have belonged to a pilgrimage church.

Hiking

The Protestant St. George's Church was completely rebuilt in 1626, in the midst of the Thirty Years' War. The tower is built on the remains of an older, predecessor tower. The memorial stone made of yellow sandstone above the south portal commemorates the church's reconstruction at that time. The interior was decorated with murals, which were painted over in 1887.
