Erected in 1665, registers 1737; Parish church: for the Immaculate Conception (Basilica Minor, pilgrimage church), built 1651-1659, destroyed by the Turks in 1683, subsequently rebuilt, consecutive. 1707 - chapels: Lorettokapelle (pilgrimage chapel) built in 1644, moved to the current location in 1659, destroyed in 1683, rebuilt in 1684, chapel of the Sorrowful Mother, built in 1749 (grass chapel)

The patronage of this place of worship dates back to the mid-19th century. On December 8, 1854, Pope Pius IX. The dogma of the "Immaculate Conception of Mary" (referred to as "Immacolata" in the Romansh-speaking world) was decided and proclaimed (dogma means that it is part of the binding doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church). The anniversary of the Annunciation is celebrated in the Catholic liturgy as the “Solemnity of the Virgin Mary, Mother of God, conceived without original sin.”
