The kiln and ceramics museum in the attic of the listed kiln factory A. Schmidt, Lehmann in Velten was opened in 1905 for the wedding of the tiled stove. The permanent exhibition shows numerous exhibits from about three hundred years and traces the art and cultural history of the stove. Together with the Hedwig Bollhagen Museum, which is also located on the site of the historic kiln factory, the kiln museum is a center of Brandenburg ceramics.
