Masses have also been celebrated in the Stampfang chapel since 1674.
In 1757 the chapel was given its current shape by increasing the tower and expanding the room.
In 1989, according to the plans of Arch. Schuh, the covered porch with the transition was created.
With the consecration on November 3, 1991 by EB Georg Eder, the renovation and extension carried out under Pastor Friedrich Schiestl from 1989 to 1991 was completed.
