The Salvensee is an artificially created reservoir. In winter the water is used for the ski resorts' snow cannons. In summer, however, the idyllic lake offers a beautiful panorama.

The Salvensee is located south of the Hohe Salve at 1575 m. In winter it supplies the water for snowmaking on the ski slopes. In summer you can take a break here during a tour and enjoy the panorama.

When the weather is calm, the Hohe Salve also reflects in the reservoir. From the benches around the lake you have a fantastic view!
