A work of art in honor of Bart Mandervelt, who had a great heart for this nature reserve.
Bart was curator of the Dassenaarde nature reserve.
He died on (at the age of 46) 30/06/219.
His goal was to build a new bridge over the stream "'t Zwart Water".
Fortunately, this wooden bridge was also built.
