"The Drüggelter Chapel is a 12-sided round building with a diameter of around 12 m. The entrance to the south has a small porch and to the east a small choir is built between two side sections of the 12-sided corner. Inside, 12 small columns and 4 larger columns in the middle support the cross vault of the roof. Between the 4 columns, the middle of the chapel is kept free with a diameter of around 2 m. The capitals of the 12 columns are richly decorated with geometric patterns and archaic Romanesque animal motifs.
