Rare wild horses are at home on the former Büecke military training area. Horses of the Koniks breed share the grazing landscape there with Taurus cattle and other rare breeds.
Both herds are on the premises all year round. They get along splendidly in the former military area, now a nature reserve. Horses and cattle can be observed from the vantage points.
Clear information boards provide information about the residents of the nature reserve.
