Hiking

The Ravensteiner Mühle on Mühlenstraße can be traced back to 1434. In the 19th century it was also a sawmill, and later an excursion restaurant. There was a retirement home here until the 1990s. The nature trail between Ravensteiner Mühle and Heidemühle also begins here. Opposite is a riding stable, which is currently closed due to Corona.

Hiking

The water mill was first mentioned in documents in 1434. It was in operation until around the middle of the 19th century. After an attempt to operate a guano fertilizer factory here from 1879 onwards, which was abandoned due to protests, the "Ravenstein-Mühle Restaurant" was built around 1885. In the 1950s the mill was converted into a nursing home, which today belongs to the "St. Albertus Hospital of the Caritas-Altenpflege gemeinnützige GmbH".
