Tips
Not overcrowded hiking trail, partly as a single trail. Wonderful view of the Amöneburg Basin and Wittelsberg, with the landmark of the Ebsdorfer Grund: "The Schanze". A watch tower to secure the trade route "Der Langen Hessen" and as an outpost for Frauenberg Castle. Historic Frauenberg castle ruins (built by Sofie v Brabant - daughter of St. Elisabeth), well worth a detour.
