    Hiking

Maria Neustift is a place of pilgrimage and is located directly on the Lower and Upper Austrian border, between the Ennstal and Ybbstal. As early as 1124, a small chapel was built on the site of today's church. The pilgrimage church was originally a late Gothic building from the 15th century, but after severe storm damage it was renovated in neo-Gothic style in 1891.
