Tips
The large Wolfsee is idyllically located in the middle of the forest. The forest south and east of the Wolfseen is one of the largest natural forest reserves in Bavaria outside the Alps. The protected forest area of 75.8 hectares belongs to the Bavarian State Forests. There has been no forestry use here since 1978.
