Best Mountain Biking Routes to Passo Feudo

Tips

  • From Passo Fuedo there are departure possibilities in the direction of Predazzo (sometimes very steep-good driving technique necessary) or the Reiterjoch.

  • Conditionally light, technically challenging but very demanding tour with many technical and sometimes very exposed running trails. Only suitable for experienced trail riders with alpine experience!
The bad news first: This tour is only possible on Wednesdays and Thursdays! On the other days of the week the third cable car section is out of service. The indication of the weekdays also refers to the season 2015, for 2016 there could be changes. Inquire therefore before the tour starts, whether the cable car is running.

The good news: On this tour you can enjoy some of the wildest and most adventurous trails in the Val di Fiemme - and some of the most beautiful panoramas!

From Panchià, the route first follows the paved valley bike path to the Gardonè cable car, a short distance north of Predazzo. The descent to Pampeago and the driveway with the chairlift Monte Agnello is relatively uneventful. But then it gets down to business. A short flow trail leads to the gap "La Porta". There begins a challenging trail uphill over a broad alpine ridge. From the next saddle a technical trail in constant up and down demands the driving skills with challenging root passages. Even the last climb to the summit cross of the Cornacci costs a lot of effort. Expect that you have to get out of the saddle for a short distance every now and again.

From the summit cross begins the fun. A never-ending trail descent leads over 1200 meters down. Flowtrails, gravel, steps, blocked and tight turns alternate. At the valley exit finally follows a driving technically relatively light, but more exposed Trail. Here is a lot of caution! The bottom line: an absolute super tour that brings all the ingredients for an adventure classic.
