Hiking
The small hiking trail along the Mühlbach is highly recommended. After the first bend, you can no longer see the town. The former mills - this one is particularly beautiful - underline the idyll.

Mill with a still working mill wheel. First mentioned in a document in 1488 in the Königstein rent book. In 1542 a grinding mill was probably set up. In the 19th century under the owners Schuckardt as a cutting mill and from 1852 as a grinding mill in operation. Shut down in 1929. The only surviving building among the works of the original metalworking industry that have been located outside the Obertore on “Schleifhüttenberg” since the Middle Ages.
In front of it 2 benches with a nice view of Oberursel.
