Yes very big movie on the tour. Plan on! There is also a great stop with freshly baked cake, which I have also inserted as a highlight

A nice tour section, coming from Duisburg in the direction of Mintard. It is reminiscent of the Shire, -) - beautiful green and idyllic. In the distance you can see the Mintarder Ruhrtalbrücke, a gigantic structure of 1.8 km in length, as part of the A52. You make a little dangling from the Ruhrtalradweg and drives entlag the edge of the forest.

If you don't come from the Ruhrpott, you will hardly believe that you are driving right in the middle! The Ruhr Valley Cycle Path is incredibly diverse and offers plenty of urban surroundings as well as wonderfully secluded passages like this one.

Such routes often lead directly through the Ruhr meadows. In the background you can see the highway, which luckily you have nothing to do with here. Ruhrpott can be so beautiful!

By the way, such paths are often really “bumpy”: gravel, sand or old cobblestones. If you are on the road with a racing bike, you should have no problems with something like that and above all: have spare tubes and a pump with you;)
