Cycling
The church, whose foundation stone was laid in 1862, is verifiably at least the third church building in the village.
The construction of the church, which is dedicated to the first patron saint, Saint Agatha, but also to Saint Sebastian, lasted from 1862 to 1866. Master builder Statz from Cologne was responsible for the planning and overall supervision. The local church architect Kern was responsible for the execution. The construction costs at the time amounted to 40,000 thalers.
