The Romanesque building has a basalt foundation and base. The walls are made of trachyte rubble, from which the wall surrounding the garden was also made. The house has an almost square floor plan. On the ground floor there are only two rooms and a staircase that leads to the two upper floors. The windows are rectangular at the bottom, designed as arched windows with shutters at the top.
