The descent from the Hotel Jardim Atlantico towards Paúl do Mar is about 1.8 km long, d. H. 1.8 km "continuous braking". And that goes to the bone. 😎 The whole way is well developed. Everything paved with small lava stone. Ordinary hiking boots are mandatory here! If there is some rain, the path becomes a bit slippery.
