Here on the stony shore you can take photos of the bridge and the Siebengebirge undisturbed.

The Konrad-Adenauer Bridge is one of the three Rhine bridges in Bonn. At 770 meters, it spans the Rhine, the Rheinaue leisure park and the Auensee. The bridge is part of the A 562 motorway and connects the south of Bonn with Ramersdorf on the right bank of the Rhine.

In addition to the lanes for car traffic, the construction, which consists of eight fields, also includes the routes of the tram lines 66 and 68 as well as pedestrian and cycle path connections on both sides.

The reinforced concrete girder bridge built in the 1970s dates back to a railway ferry connection between 1869 and 1919. The 20th century main opening of the crossing has a span of 230 and a height of 4.5 meters. The spans of the side panels are each 125 meters. The remaining five fields belong to the pre-stressed concrete foreland bridge on the left bank of the Rhine.

In the years 2003-2005 renovation work was carried out on the bridge, during which the supports were reinforced and renewed with 70 tons of steel.
