This long section is simply stunning and a dramatic highlight of the Havel Cycle Route: on the left, the Elbe, on the right, the Havel and its estuary, and then the Gnevsdorfer Vorfluter, which flows into the Elbe at its end. The section along the Gnevsdorfer Vorfluter is slightly worse in terms of paving than the official Elbe Cycle Route, but the scenery is much more attractive.

Interesting constellation of nature, how long (around 20 km) the two rivers Havel and Elbe from Havelberg flow side by side and offer only a narrow piece of land / dike, on which one can cruise along or hunt before they finally meet unite.
Ideally suited for racing bikes and touring bikes.
