The new chapel was completed in April 2016, a joint project between the residents of the surrounding hamlets and the Vorarlberg architect Bernardo Bader. Many people contributed to the idea, helped to work on it and helped to finance it. The result is nothing less than an emblem of what makes up the Bregenzerwald today. The feeling for the place, the essence of the landscape. The recognition that one's own cultural tradition is rooted in what this landscape and its nature produces and what people use, promote, develop further, but also protect and respect. A very special place.
