The Feldsteinbau is typical of village churches of the Romanesque era, especially east of the Elbe in the Fläminggebiet. The stones are carefully layered. Only the three window openings of the apse and the former priest's gate in the south wall of the sanctuary have Romanesque form. All other windows were enlarged in the Baroque period. On the south side, the entrance was offset, the round arch portal next to it is still indicated. On the nave sits a gable roof rider with massive west wall to the west.Noteworthy are the remains of medieval frescoes inside. Around 1880 C.J. Chwatal (Merseburg) the organ, whose game table is located on the side. Originally the organ stood in Mägdesprung in the resin. The bronze bell has C.F. Ulrich from Polda cast in 1889. In 1992, the church was extensively renovated.
