The Schietsjampettermolen is a post mill in the Belgian borough of Wannegem-Lede.
This mill was originally located in the West Flemish borough of Houtave. The Houtavemolen was demolished in 1981 under vociferous protest by the then constable, firearm in hand. He shot a bullet into the mill shed. It was rebuilt in Wannegem-Lede and is called Schietsjampettermolen there.
The mill is located along Huisepontweg, on the site of a 16th-century mill that blown over on October 27, 1959.
The 23 m long refuge is made of oak. A storm on the Christmas night of 1999 tore a millrod that ended up tens of meters further into the coulter. She has been able to grind again since 2006. She can power two stone couples and an oat crusher.
When the municipalities of Kruishoutem and Zingem merged into Kruisem, the street name of the adjacent street (Molenstraat) was changed to Houtavestraat, after the origin of the mill.
