The Hüttener church is located - unusual for a church - in the meadow valley of the Hüttener Au. Initially it was designed as a brick building with a flat-roofed, long-rectangular nave and probably an indented box chancel. The original building still forms the core of the building today. The carved pulpit was made around 1600, the baptismal font from 1670 was cast from an old bell.
