The stately Kilianskirche with its tower, which can be seen from afar, was built in the Gothic style at the end of the 14th century. The church contains a valuable interior. There are, for example, the choir windows with stained glass from around 1380 and the Brenck pulpit from 1621, which stood in the Johanniskirche in Ansbach and was bought by the Erlbachers in 1717. A beautiful relief of the Lord's Supper can be seen in the predella of the baroque choral altar.

The Erlbacher Advent market takes place annually on the 3rd Sunday of Advent from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Kirchgasse and Kirchplatz in Markt Erlbach. The stand and stall operators, especially our local associations, contribute with their rich culinary delicacies as well as decorative and gift items to increase the anticipation for the Christmas party.
