Always beautiful anew, the karst hiking trail. So that it doesn't get boring, we took a "shortcut" to the "Two Brothers" shortly before the Steinerne Stadt 😂😬 - the almost "traditional selfie" at the "Bunten Stein" could not be missing from the "Schöne Aussicht". Wonderful day, with lots of photo stops. The lens ball reflects the entrance to the mystery grotto

The round tour leads from Lüglas over the picturesque Tiefental, the wide Brandtal and the Herbstgrund up to the dwarf cave and the Hollenberg castle ruins, with a gigantic panorama over Franconian Switzerland. The way back leads over the Pirkenreuther Kapelle, the Wolfsloch and the Otzelsgrund with Geisloch back to the starting point. "In Lüglas we started today at a frosty 1 degree and arrived back at 15 C.The "discovery tours" have inspired us again this time, whereby we deviated from the original tour several times in order to expand the circuit on climbs and paths. Also pretty great for biking, and therefore reserved for spring. It was nice

Combine the pleasant with the useful and bridge the 🙃 waiting time while mom is in the eye clinic 👀. Almighty, I haven't been down there by Lake Wöhrder for a long time 🙈. When I started out in Nuremberg, it was one of my “house rounds”, first from Behringersdorf and later from Südstadt. The moated castle "Oberburg" offers a few beautiful motifs, such as the Pegnitz meadows. It was nice

The third of our “discovery tours” (22) took us from Michelfeld monastery through the quiet valleys of Flembach and Speckbach, via the remote Hansl cave (guest book “Mariengrotte”) through the beautiful Flem valley to Steinamwasser to the “cave without a name”.“These valleys shine with wild rocky backdrops, hidden caves and grandiose rock tunnels.Yupp - the Pope is right. The track and description do not always match; if you want to hike the tours, you should always compare. It is advisable to take the map with you, orientation dto.At the restaurant “Zur Frischen Quelle” it was very busy, the whole village fetched TOGO for lunch. Nevertheless, the host let us into the cave on request. "Whether we had a card" ... Damned, dark, dusty (waaarm) it was, we were both afraid that eight-legged residents would jump on us - so we will drive caves, we will probably NEVER EVER 😂
      "
The tour runs equally well in winter and summer. Just before Michelfeld the ore path ended in front of the monastery fence. We then (like some before us) took the shortcut via the stables.
It was nice .Please be careful when hiking afterwards, go all over the place - especially at the Guggerloch we are first up and then down to the rock face again.

“Should I Stay Or Should I Go” - the temptation was great, this time I gave myself up to it, but at least (for my standards) set off as early as possible. In detail, this means: get up at 6 a.m., have coffee (a lot of coffee ☕️) and leave at 7/7:30. Almost worked (car did not start 🥶😱) but still at 8:15 in D-Dorf, shortly before nine at the waterfall.
That I'm not all alone, I almost thought to myself.
Two handful of people were already there, along with the professionals, keeping their distance - all right. Bassd. But I didn't feel comfortable with it. I don't have to have it again.Few pictures taken from above (really impressive) and gone again after 15 minutes. The wave was already rolling in - what is going on in the afternoon must border on Kärwa. The rest of the short circular hike was very relaxed, it gets lost on the paths, but next time I prefer to go further out.But being on the road early has something apart from the - 15 C dick, but it is well wrapped up, only taking photos 🤳🏻 is similar to "Frozen"Oh yes: only partially suitable for post-hiking, as I only went to Track today and got lost briefly a couple of times.originalfrankenlandler.com/search

Snow ❄️ & sun ☀️ & cold 🥶 (it wasn't that cold at all -5 C) an unbeatable combination. A surprising number of people thought that on a Thursday afternoon. There was a lot going on in the Hainberg. I would have loved to take part on the sledge slope 🛷 😀.
Tried something new, which as a wearer of glasses, in view of the weather conditions described above as unbeatable, was sometimes only possible with fogged or frozen glasses 😂. The walkers also had fun when I was looking for new perspectives lying on my back in the snow. It was nice

“You can also follow in the footsteps of the Hohenzollern in the district of Fürth: The" Hohenzollern Culture Hiking Trail "stands for quality hiking and has been awarded the" Hikable Germany "seal as a cultural adventure trail.
The path attracts with attractive paths through a great natural landscape and impressive cultural highlights. The Hohenzollern history can be discovered up close here. "
So for us from Staa it was like “hiking on the doorstep” and rediscovering old paths that we normally like to rediscover by bike as a house tour on foot. The town center and the crypt of Rosstal in particular are often left behind (at least I do when I'm on my racing bike), but the detour is definitely worth it.The weir at the core mill is very photogenic, (“Don't just fall in”) the Biolandhof also serves as a seminar and event barn. The castle in Cadolzburg is open at any time of the year (the cabbages in the castle garden had done it to me 🥬)The path is (except for a short distance before Cadolzburg) continuously marked TOP (Thanks 🙏 to the helpers from the LKR FÜ)In the summer a nice day trip, today a part of it did too. These and other tours with GPX download are available atFürth adventure districtAdventure bike path Hohenzollern: hiking path
