The palace is located in the village of Ocice in Poland, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the County of Bolesławiec, in the Municipality of Bolesławiec. Initially built as a Renaissance mansion in the 16th century, it was rebuilt in the Baroque style between 1740 and 1745. In 1822 it was bought by Gottlieb von Berge-Herrndorf from Żukowice near Głogów. In 1832 Charlotte Wilhelmine von Berge-Herrndorf became the owner.
