The town hall of Blankenburg was built in the 16th century and is one of the architectural highlights of the old town of Blankenburg - not for nothing it is under monumental protection. In 1999, it was extensively restored and has been beaming with new splendor ever since. In the state-recognized resort town hall is not the only highlight for a long time. Other interesting buildings are the baroque castle, the "small castle", the ruin "Raubritterburg" or the natural monument Teufelsmauer.
