Ingenious all-round view! Interesting is the directly adjacent rocky Blankenstein. From Wallberg or Setzberg you go on a beautiful panoramic path to the Risserkogel.

One of the best viewing peaks in the area. Although a bit set back, you still have a nice view down to Lake Tegernsee, even with "accessories" like Wallberg and Blankenstein. And of course the views in other directions are also phenomenal - in the west you can see a corner of the Sylvenstein reservoir, while below you can see Wildbad Kreuth at your feet. The entire range of the Schliersee mountains is located in the east. The climb from the "back" towards Schreieck is quite a scramble. From the Blankenstein saddle and from the chamois observation hut you sometimes have to use your hands, but here things are a bit more mannered.
