The Dobratsch summit house, also known as Ludwig-Walter-Haus, is a refuge of the Villach section of the Austrian Alpine Association (ÖAV) on the summit of the Dobratsch (also Villacher Alpe at the foothills of the Gailtal Alps, at 2143 m above sea level. It only stands a few meters below the summit of the Dobratsch (2166 m) next to an ORF broadcasting system.

The ground-breaking ceremony for a new building took place on July 10, 2010. It was planned as a passive house, i.e. highly insulated against thermal losses. Passive and active solar energy can be used via the large-scale planned south facade. All wastewater is treated in an organic sewage treatment plant. The Ludwig-Walter-Haus, now called the Dobratsch Summit House, has been in operation again since December 21, 2010.
