The actual final destination of all pilgrims. While the Way of St. James officially ends in Santiago de Compostela, many pilgrims continue 3-4 days to Finisterra, the end of the world. At the top of the rock of the cape is the kilometer stone 0.000, the actual end (it is still a few meters further to the lighthouse and beyond, but the stone is probably better for tourists) of the path. From here there is only the Atlantic and for the first time the pilgrims go east again from here.
