Instead of sweating in the sports studio in the dream weather, I went to Meinenbroich at noon, greeted the new calves and hiked home over the Scheider Rücken and through the Agger meadows. Great weather and countless moped friends (e-bikes) in the Aggertal.

After we had kept the afternoon free for something else, which had fallen through, my son came up with the idea that we could go out into nature together again. And in the middle of the week with the best weather, the Wahner Heide is simply perfect.
