Punctually at lunchtime, these playful fellows flutter to the back entrance, dare one or two small steps inside and poke a small piece of cheese from the prepared bowl. These actions are not always crowned with success, be it because a guest steps out or the bowl is empty. Perseverance leads to success. Who can escape this hustle and bustle? The landlord is happy, so it turned out to be one more beer for me.
