From Untermberg to the ruins you need a very, very good level of fitness, even with the eBike I need the lowest gear. Or you drive via Bissingen, Bietigheim, after the quarry left up towards Sachsenheim, on a super developed and wide path - detour about 7km.
From the ruins you have a wonderful view of Bietigheim-Bissingen, Riexingen, Tamm, etc.
