Very idyllic and often lonely valley. Ideal for a leisurely bike tour. The route runs mainly on gravel.

The Glemstal between Schwieberdingen and Markgröningen is wonderful to drive. Past mills and the Glems stream. Very idyllic bike path.

Marktgröningen has a very nice city center with old half-timbered houses
