Harchenburg, also known as the Old Castle, is a ruined spur castle on a 296.5 m above sea level spur of the Heuchelberg mountain. The two-part former castle complex is probably an early medieval refuge with ramparts and ditches with a total length of 185 m, covering an area of 1.1 hectares, 50 to 70 m above the surrounding valley floor.
