This beautiful hiking trail was created so that you don't have to walk along the pass road. It connects the Unteri Gantrischhütte with the Länggrätli (parking spaces). Very pleasant to go and nicely managed!

Hiking

Very rooty and up and down, this is a narrow path along the edge of the forest. If it weren't along the busy Gurnigel Pass road, one could even speak of a wildly romantic path. The view towards Chaseral is unique, especially when the weather is clear. Along the trail, (single file) plant lovers will find plenty of wildflowers.
