Cycling
The current mill house on Dobbertiner lake was built before 1755 by the monastery office. According to available plans from 1790, the old watermill was located next to the Müller apartment on the Mildenitz. Off to the side stood the big barn, the horse stable and a livestock house. Because of the frequent fire hazards, only the bakehouse was built on the opposite side of the Mildenitzbach. Today, the inn-hotel Insel-Hotel, opened in 2009, is located here.
